Pour les crunchers seti sous linux, l'application haute performance Cuda 8 est disponible au public:

Je l'ai testé sous Fedora 25 avec une GTX 1060 6GB
et une GTX 780.
D'ailleurs, la différence entre les deux cartes est impressionnante : la 780 est deux fois plus grosse, consomme un max... et est un poil moins performante
Edit : Attention, l'application Cuda 8 ci-dessus n'est que pour les cartes disposant de la Compute Capability 5.0 et plus. Pour les cartes graphiques disposant de la CC 3.5, telle que la GTX 780, il faut absolument revenir à Cuda 6 :
You linked to a post about a 780, Please look above where you will see it is Common Knowledge the Kepler CC 3.5 GPUs DO NOT WORK CORRECTLY with anything above CUDA 6.0.
I just went through a Lot of work to Build a CUDA 6.0 App for those GPUs, Nothing Lower than CC 5.0 will be supported in future Apps. If you have a CC 3.5 GPU, use the CUDA 6.0 App, anything higher will give increased Invalids.
